We are a co-operative teacher-run center, with a range of healing classes and private sessions for all levels and abilities taught by experienced teachers and practitioners.
We are the east bay hub of Svaroopa® Yoga classes and yoga therapy and also offer Prenatal Bliss Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, PIlates, and InfinateQi classes.
Our purpose is to help you to cultivate awareness on all levels of your being, through practices and teachings that work with principles of movement, stillness and everything in between.
